Two questions: Juice/Topicals

Hi I have a question. Many women who do NBE using herbs take their herbs with a glass of orange juice to aid in getting them in the body quicker. Would this be something to try with Bountiful Breast, or should I continue to take mine with just water?

Also, I read that you shouldn't take other phytoestrogens while on BB. Would that include topicals on the breast, like herbs in a massage cream, or even Pueraria Mirifica cream?

You can't use ANY phytoestrogens. Topicals get absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream. Whether it be pill form, cream form, a tea, all end up in your blood. Pm is the strongest phytoestrogen out there, so a big no to using pm cream. I don't know if it's fine to take BB with juice, only Avalon might have an answer to that question since it's their product. The original instructions say to take with water on an empty stomach.
