The Posture:
Sit on the floor or on a cushion, with one heel against the opening of the vagina, exerting a gentle pressure on your clitoris. Your other foot rests next to the shin. Make sure you are not in a warm room where you will not feel cold.
This Exercise has two steps:
First step exercise consists of a light circular massage of your breasts, and second is a pelvic exercise similar to a Kegel exercise. For best results do these two exercises every morning and every evening.
1) The Breast Massage:
Remove all your clothing and jewelry and sit in the position described above. Rub your hands together quickly to warm them and place your hands over your breasts.
Lightly graze the skin of your breasts in upward and outward circles. The hands travel together up the inside of the breasts toward the face, then outwards, downwards, inwards, and upwards again in a circular motion. Lightly chafe the skin in circular motions with the nipples at the center of the circle. Do not hold your breasts and move them – skim the surface of your skin.
Enjoy the sensations and connect with the warm pleasurable feelings. This is important to increase the connections between the nerves and endocrine glands in the breasts and the center of the brain and the pineal and pituitary glands in your head. 2) The pelvic contraction.
First, rest your hands in your lap. Form your hands into fists by encircling your thumbs in the other fingers. This activates a number of important acupressure points.
