There are no side effects. You are correct herbal pills barely or don’t work. at all. Creams do nothing and progesterone should be used when you need it and rotated properly. A breast lift is not that bad it you have a great surgeon.
We have had women who I thought were not possible to help and their breasts repaired. One lady had breasts that hung down to her belly button and looked like a 90 year old.
